  • When will my order ship?
    • All orders are fulfilled in 2-5 business days and then ship UPS Ground.  Orders only ship Monday-Friday.
  • Can I place an order for it to arrive on a future date?
    • Yes!  Please email us at Hello@ShopKindnessKookies.com within 2 hours of placing your order to schedule the date that you'd like your Kookies to arrive.  Please note that exact delivery dates are not guaranteed (however we do our best!) and your order may arrive sooner than or after the date you provided. 
  • Where are you based out of?
    • Our home base is Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, but we ship nationwide!
  • Can I make a custom flavor or order more than 30 Kookies?
    • Absolutely!  Head to our Contact Us page or email us directly at Hello@ShopKindnessKookies.com to let us know what you're looking for!
  • What is your return policy?
    • We cannot accept any returns, however please contact us at Hello@ShopKindnessKookies.com if you have any questions or concerns.
  • If I am local, can get my Kookies delivered instead of shipping them?
    • Yes!  We deliver to the following cities in Pennsylvania: Abington, Ambler, Blue Bell, Bryn Athyn, Chalfont, Conshohocken, Dresher, Flourtown, Fort Washington, Glenside, Gwynedd, Gwynedd Valley, Hatboro, Horsham, Huntingdon Valley, Jamison, Jenkintown, King of Prussia, Lansdale, Laverock, Montgomeryville, North Wales, Oreland, Plymouth Meeting, Southampton, Spring House, Warminster, Warrington, West Conshohocken, Willow Grove, and Wyndmoor.  If your zip code applies to our delivery zone, you will have the option at checkout of either local delivery or shipping. We do not offer local pickup.
  • How will I know when my kookies are delivered?
    • For all shipping orders, please check the tracking number that is sent to you via email once your order has shipped.  For all local delivery orders, you will be notified once the kookies have been delivered!
